We have coyotes moving into our area and on our street. I have a feral rescue cat that even after a year and a half will not come inside. She has a fairly protected sleeping area but I know the coyotes can get into our yard. I read that moth can help keep them away. For the Paleo diet knowledgeable?

I have been on a paleo diet for two months now. I started when I had to go on a liquid diet for surgery and decided it was a good time to make a dietary change. The liquid diet got me down to 168lbs from 185lbs. I strictly adhered to the diet even eliminating fruit other than my 2 spoons of bluberries in the morning. For a while the diet kept me stable at 170. This made me haooy as I was on heavy doses of steroids and side effect is weight gain. After the steroids, I only took for 2 weeks, are gone from my system I find myself gaining weight and don’t understand why? any advice? If I am going to gain weight on this strict of a diet I might as well eat what I want.

My 9 month old boy has a terrible rash and I dont know what to do anymore =/?

My son has had this rash for about 2 weeks now. I went to the doc after about 2-3 days of this rash after I had used ointments and corn starch and all of the above. Of course the morning of the appt his area looks 110% better still red but way better he says to not use wipes and to just run cold water over it so I dont irritate and it wont come back. Well it came back and with avengance!! Also with bad poop spurts about 5-7 times a day half are diarrhea. So I took him back immediately and the doc gave me some Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide and told me to cont with the cold water cleanings and to give him pedialite. Well it has been 3 days and it still looks the same just no more swelling and still has 5-7 Bm's in a day. Should I ask for a different doc or diff medicine? I just feel so bad and need some thoughts and please keep all negative thoughts to yourself. Thanks in advanced!!

Upside down coaster question?

If you saw my other question, you'd know that I was terrified of going on an upside down roller coaster. Well, over the weekend I went to Hershey Park and rode my first upside down coaster-the sooperdooperlooper!! And I loved it!! JUST ONE QUESTION: During the loop, I felt my head being pullled down, gravity obviously. But if i were to go on another crazy upside down twisty thing (more than what the sooperdooperlooper was), would I feel that same effect whenever I go upside down? Which is easier - Front or Back tumbling?

For me, back. Once you get into more advanced tumbling the front tumbling gets pretty difficult. I think it's because it's easy to get momentum out of a back handspring for a back tuck or a layout full or whatever, but when you're coming out of a front handspring sometimes you've gotta really crank it to finish the front layout or whatever comes out of it. Just my opinion. :) I can understand why back tumbling seems harder to you - when you're first learning it's a much scarier motion than front tumbling, but it's fun! Keep working hard!

Wow very very similar to Adam Corns Monarch Build. Honestly the best suggestion is to just complete the net deck and copy the build card for card. You will have more success. Just a fair warning this isn't a very easy deck to run, I see a lot of new people copy his build and have no success. He plays way different then anyone Ive ever seen and his goals with his moves are much different then a lot of players, but hey if your a good player then just net deck it and do well. So really just need to add oppression, I don't remember the exact build but I think you need to dump 1 GK spy, 1 Caius and the reborn then add oppressions. I could be wrong but I dont think so. I recently found a very inexpensive pork loin that was purchased frozen. After thawing this pork loin I found a vein of fat that runs length wise on the loin and pretty much down the middle. When I cross cut the loin it falls apart at the fat vein. Any suggestion on how to cook this other than making pork medallions?

So in june of 2010, i had bronchi for the first time. then i got bronchitis again in late october, early novemeber of 2010. bronchitis twice in one year? and i think im getting sick again. last time my bronchitis was severe, i had a sinus infection, with bronchtis, i was dizzy, had touble breathing, and a really bad cough. she said if i would have waited any longer to go to the doctors, it would have turned in to namonia. (cant spell sorry) so, does this mean im prone to getting bronchitis. should i have my tonnsils removed? or is that not the cause? and does this mean if i get bronchitis again, it will be even more severe. when i had it in november, i started seeing the symptoms about 15-20 days before i saw a doctor. but my family thought it would just p. actually, i might have had it about a month an a half before. but my cough didnt get really bad until about 15-20 days before i saw a doctor. i had to take 5 pills in the morning, and a nasal spray, then 7 pills at lunch time, then 5 pills at night, and a nasal spray. i was on that for two weeks. then it sorta came back, so i got on the medicine again. for a couple days, then it went away. sooo am i prone to bronchi? is there a shot i can get? cuz its miserable! i hate bronchitis so much! plus, i loose my apptite. what are early symptoms, so that i can start taking medicine if it starts to come back. also, im fairly young. im 13. so did this mean something wrong since i get bronchitis a lot? i mean i got it in summer, then 4 or 5 months later i got again. but worse!

Even I am the one who was born in abusive and mental family. Atleast you are lucky that no one is physically hurting you. To be frank, don't have much to do with them - esp. emotionally. You are still young, so you have no option but staying with them until you turn 18 and can move out. And nothing you can do to change them. So IMHO, just don't worry about them too much, just only have to do with them for your needs and be nice to them outside, but from inside just don't care. Concentrate and focus on your own life. Pay more attention to studies. I don't know whats your age but if you're above 14 try find a bf. That will divert your interest and you will have more good things to do in your life. Go to school, hang out with friends, spend time on internet and social networking, read good books, join some hobbies or activities go for walk, join activity like swimming, meet people who makes you happy. So in short, though you live with your family but just don't give much damn about them and don't spoil your mind. Focus on your own life more. Develop a bond with your little sister but just ignore rest as much as possible and only have to do with them for your work get done and for your needs fullfilled. If they expect you to help and take care of your sister then do it so that they don't complain and shout on you and spoil your mind. Dont mess with any of them and most importantly don't expect and emotional attachment, love, care and support from them. I know it hurts and sucks but it is better to be practical and thick skinned rather then giving too much thought to all this crap and causing emotional damage to yourself.

Is this all normal for a baby boy that is almost 10mo?

He will be 10mo in 10 days and is still fed. He is eating solids, but just starting to tolerate things like cheerios.He is not yet crawling or walking or pulling up. Just today he finally sat himself up in the crib. He is not really making good speech sounds. He does make lots noises, but they really don't seem to be vowel consonant combinations. You need to add some protein, and reduce the pasta/rice. Some examples of veggie protein would be beans, eggs, tofu, cheese. I was supposed to get my period on may 16 and all I got was this barely pink discharge in the morning, the next day (may 17) it was light pink and kind of brown but I only got that 2 times that day. Now (may 18) I got what looks like a period but I have different felling cramps than usual. He's coming back from a major injury, and at best would be a 3rd string back. Now for WR, you have 5 guys that should get the job done. You don't really have any stars (other than Chad, but he's not that great) so if possible I would try to trade a couple of your WR's like Gonzalez and Gage for one really good guy. But really you have a solid group of wideouts. Curtis should be better than last year, but he won't put up huge numbers. You have a good TE in Daniels and a Great D. You also have one of the best kickers in the league (also my favorite). So just try to make those few adjustments and you will have a championship team. Good luck on the season!

Having a strange AF, anyone have this problem?

Okay, so my whole life I have been very regular. Every 28 days on the dot. The only time I was ever late in my life was when I got BFP with my daughter. My LMP was 3/15 and I was supposed to get AF on 4/12. I ended up being 4 days late. I got 2 BFN's from a HPT. I then went to the doctor to get a blood test (that is a whole other story!) and did not get it done. But while I was giving the urine test I started to bleed a little bit. I have been having AF but it is not the same as it usually is? It is very light and I have no cramps. Even though I have 3 BFN's by urine tests, I feel like something isn't quite right? I have to go back for the blood test, but has anyone else been through this? I am so confused.

On Saturday, I was outside the entire day (for a twenty four hour relay), and I had a sore throat the ENTIRE twenty four+ hours. I woke up the Sunday morning all stuffy and congested. Now, one week later, I have sore leg muscles and I've been so exhausted. My symptoms (throughout the entire illness) were sore throat, runny nose, congestion, sore muscles, headache, fatigue, trouble breathing when running, and just overall feeling miserable. For breakfast, have eggs and bacon, full fat greek yogurt, or have vegetables with fish or beef. Lunch can be grilled chicken salad with full fat dressings. For supper, have fish or meat with vegetables. Snacks can be cheese and pepperoni, celery with cream cheese, a handful of nuts, vegetables with dip. It will be hard at first to get rid of all carbs because they are soooo addicting. I suggest you take it slowly and just start with a no carb breakfast and then just slowly wean yourself off of carbs over a few weeks. I also suggest you read the book or go to the website for the liberation diet by kevin brown.......really eye opening. I wish you luck and stay healthy
