Can i get in trouble for "taking my son away"?

No, you can not just go get him, if you do that you probably will never get to see him again. And no, you can't call the cops if they won't let you see him. The only thing they will do is tell you go to court and have you to leave the property. The only way is to get visitation set up though the court.
