I need help trying to write a life philosophy poem with a "from the grave" perspective. Can anyone help me?

Meaning a poem the reflects on your life, your philosophy, and your role as an individual in society. I have to write a life philosophy poem using a "from the grave" perspective with descriptive language, including poetic devices such as metaphors, simile, repetition and/or alliteration. It doesnt need to rhyme but it needs to be a minimum of 14 lines. PLEASE HELP ME!! But if you are someone who actually writes stuff like this then can you keep the larger words to a minimum please! OMG, this would be such a major help. Please help, you definatly wont regret it :)
