Why is there leaking, burning and itching?

I find various objects I find lying around and I insert them in my rectum. I don't know if anyone else likes it but I do. The other day I inserted fingernail clippers and probed around a bit but I accidentally pushed down too hard and clipped something inside. Blood leaked out and stained my underwear. Now I have tenderness around the opening along with burning, itching and discharge. I'm really scared! Please, don't leave me any mean comments.
