What can I do to deter my wrist from hurting during/after working out?

Go to AOL Search - type in - Scott H. Young's Beginner's Guide to Lifting Weights. Read that entire website to make sure you are doing your routines properly. Just make sure you do not overextend yourself - the last thing you need is any injury or a hernia. What's wrong with wearing elasticized wrist bands while working out to help stabilize your wrists?
