How can i protect this baby?

Iv recently found out im pregnant again and as happy as i am im terrified il lose this baby. For a young mum iv suffered quite a bit of heartache. Id a miscarriage last july at 9 weeks and i lost my 8 week old daughter 6 months ago to cot death. This baby is a new chance for me but im so scared that il lose it 2. Im taking my folic acid, trying to eat as healthy as possible and resting as much as i can but with 2 kids running rings round me its not easy. Whats the best way to protect a baby in the 1st few weeks? I dont want to do anything wrong.
