What are the qualifications to be an elector?

just have to be a registered voter and get elected by your political party. Both parties elect electors and whichever party wins the state (Obama or McCain) that party's electors get to cast their votes. My state has gone blue so when Obama wins VT, the three democrat electors get to cast their votes.
