I don't know if I'll love him?

it's really up to you to say it but if you don't feel that you love this guy and you like him and want to take it slow then you don't have to say i love you to him. he might feel that way but it is ok that you don't feel that way. just talk to him and tell him that you still want to be with him but you just don't love him yet.
