Boy at school....?

Their's this boy at school who is so nice. He always talks to me, and I talk to him and we hang out sometimes after school at his house (with a bunch of other kids). He told me that he liked me, and we're so close. It's almost like sibling close. The only problem is that he REALLY likes me. He has for a few years and I think he is so nice. His personality is great and I have so much fun hanging out with him. Here's the problem: he could be the most unattractive boy in the entire grade. I'm not kidding. And he has no concern with fashion or anything at all and that's what turns me off. So what should I do? Oh also, he recently had a party where he asked me to hu (hook up) and I nicely said no. SO wat to do? any tips
