If someone is hypnotized, is there any way to unhypnotized them? the hypnotist moved away,not a joke.?

i have friend who was hypnotized. the person who did this moved away. now, if anyone knows the word, they automatically have to do whatever the person says. the catch is, the person who did this to them made a pword to keep them from being unhypnotized. is there anyway to find out what the word is. i know this sounds super wierd,but anyone want to throw out any ideas?
