What kind of snowboard should i get?

I'm 16 and i've gone snowboarding about 8 times. I'd call myself an average snowboarder. I've been renting so far but i think it's time i buy one. I would like to spend about $400-500 in total (board,binding,boots). Does anyone have a segestion on what kind of board i should get?
