My landlord found my pipes I use for smoking pot. What do I do?

She went into the living room when the maintenance man was fixing the bathroom ceiling because of a leak. She found my gl bong that was on the fireplace mantle. The slide was turned around so that no one could see it. I think she picked it up to look at it. When she found it, she went through my stuff in the living room. She found a cookie tin under the coffee table and took out all the gl pipes and put them on the table and took pics. She called the cops and they told her they couldn't go in because they don't have a search warrant. I know I will probably get evicted, but I was moving out anyways. I know this because the maintenance man pulled my room mate aside when he got home from work and told him. What can I do? Is that not an invasion of privacy? Landlords can't snoop can they?
