Do you think Vince McMahon is to blame for the death of Chris Benoit and other wrestlers?

It is well known that Vince is very stubborn when it comes to his booking and he usually likes big muscular guys that in most cases have no wrestling skills and no charisma (Batista for example) in favor of average sized guys with great wrestling skills and promo skills (like Christian). I think that 80s style of booking could be and probably is a cause of wrestlers using steroids to try and get higher up on the totem pole. Steroids have been linked to the Chris Benoit incident and the deaths of many other superstars. What do you think?
