Dietary things, vegetarian,carbs, help please :)?

You need to add some protein, and reduce the pasta/rice. Some examples of veggie protein would be beans, eggs, tofu, cheese. Kidney beans mixed in with rice are delicious for example, boiled eggs can be added to pasta, and tofu can be flavoured with marinades/deep fried. Cheese, well make sure you pick lower fat options, and it pretty much goes with anything.
