Is Eukanuba a good dog food?

I feed it to my dogs and I thought it was high-quality cause it's only sold at pet stores. But now I have heard bad things about it. Does anyone have any other suggestions for dog food? I have 2 dogs. Tramp is a 5 year old Lahsa Apso/Poodle mix and is 25 pounds. Sophie is a pure Toy Fox Terrier. She is 7 years old and only 5 pounds.
