Im a teenager and im out past the city curfew?

it depends on how strict the police force in your city is (mine for instance are very rude). But there is a chance that they would need to talk to your parents to confirm your excuse because anyone could say someones in the hospital. Either that or they won't question you and give you a ticket anyway.
