Is it true guys dont get obsessed?

Most of what your asking about depends on the guy. I know from my point of view if I like a girl a lot I do find myself thinking about her often during the day, and its always nice to hear from her in one way or another everyday. I won't sit at work and day dream about her for hours on end though, but once again thats just me.
